Due to this product relying on several IC communications, this may be caused by the IC communication not running smoothly, which can mostly be resolved by the following methods or by resetting the console.
Remove the CR2032 backup battery
Unplug the adaptor and leave it for 1 hour
Install back the CR2032 battery and unplug the adaptor
